In Indiana, if your license is suspended a court may stay the suspension and grant you the ability to drive during your suspension.  These specialized driving privileges allow you to drive under certain circumstances (for example – to and from work) and/or during certain hours.  In some instances the court will order the BMV to waive your reinstatement fee(s).  Feel free to contact me if you want to find out if you are eligible for specialized driving privileges.
